Getting native ZEC
- Install a supported Zcash wallet and back up its recovery phrase offline.
- Buy ZEC on a supported exchange, or swap into it.
- Withdraw ZEC to your own wallet, then deposit to ZPAD from the Transfers page.
ZPAD will never ask for your recovery phrase. Only send funds to addresses shown inside your signed-in ZPAD account.
